cant forward text messages to email

I am having trouble forwarding messages from a certain number to my email...

my phone says "messages with enhanced features cant be sent to email"... I have looked and looked and cant figure out what the enhanced features are supposed to be in these texts... there is nothing different in them than in any others I have sent to my emails

HELP!! I need to be able to print out these texts!!

Is there a signature in the text? Are they longer than 160 characters? Are there smilies or animated characters?

I am having the same problem. There is no rhyme or reason to what will send. Thet can be from the same thread, same person, no smilies, no numbers, symbols, rtc. One will send the other I get the message about enhanced features. I need to be able to send this to my email- Help!?
