Any chance we could get administrator access to the cameras we have purchased? Renting is one thing and I could understand not having admin access,but we have paid for these.
No reply from VZ on this. I'm going to cancel my service. The video quality is pretty poor. Can't even tell what a person really looks like from the video. If I had to give this video as evidence to the police, I would say "That's him officer. The blurry faced guy right there."
