Have home control app for iPhone. But can't sing in. Get pop up saying "please enter valid user I'd and password". I tap ok get another pop up we're I can select sign in or cancel. When I tap sign in. I get the first pop up saying my user I'd and password are invalid even tho I have yet to enter that info. Can anyone help me with this?

First fully close the app. Then install the "My FIOS" app. Sign into the "My FIOS" app. Then open the HM&C all and sign in.
