The message I get when trying to make a call. This includes *228 after a hard reset.
"Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless. The number you have reached has been changed, disconnected, or no longer in service."
Everything was working fine until Verizon called to verify my plan today. I asked them to block web access. They apparently blocked everything but text messages. I cannot find the option to unblock on my account. I did manage to unblock voicemail and remove the call forwarding they added which I didn't ask for (I never gave them a number to forward to).
After an hour clicking "email us" links, I have yet to find an email address or form.
