No, you will not be able to view texts online sent from a phone.
Unless..... you get a court order and present it to Verizon.
Verizon Wireless does not keep your text messages on file just like they do not keep your voice calls for privacy reasons. If you do need to present texts in court, a lawyer will be able to issue a subpoena in which you will need to confiscate the handheld that the text message contents are in and get a certified copy made of them for court.
