I had FIOS installed a couple of weeks ago and have a few questions about the router. Should I change the default encryption settings from 64/10 bit to 128/104bit? I think that this would be changing it from WEP to WPA. Currently I do not have any wireless devices connected. I have a Windows Vista computer and Network Discovery is turned off so no one from the outside knows that my computer exist (at least that is what I have read). As a final question, when the technician installed the router he did not tell me what the default login and password was for the router. Is there a default for this?
