I just got FIOS but was never issued an email address. I found a link that helps me set up a username for email, but you have to use your Order Number. Whenever I put my order number in, it doesn't work. How in the world do I get a username and set up my email??

You need to go to activatemyfios.verizon.net and enter the order number and zip code. The order number is icog, ccog or mcog plus the order number.

Thanks for your help, but that still didn't work. 😞 I even tried to call and the customer service person treated me like I was the biggest idiot. (I DEFINITELY didn't appreciate that one bit. I do know how to type things in correctly!)

The order number is about 8 or 9 digits long. If you can't get that to work call 888-553-1555 and have them give you your user name that begins with VZE and a temporary password. Log in to My Account and pick your alias user name and a new password.
