e-mail messages cut-off

e-mail format has been changed recently resulting in e-mail messages being cut-off on right side of message. Has anyone else

experienced this problem and if so, what is the fix.

I also find that messages are cut off and some difficult to read. I do not like the new email format at all, it looks to cluttered--what was wrong with the old???? The pages look claustrophobic if you ask me--but nobody asked!!!

I am a new user of Verizon Webmail and wondered why the print is microscopic. I have "older" eyes and it's about impossible for me to read many of the emails I receive. In addition the messages are completely cut off on the right side of the screen and I don't know how to fix that. I hate to say it, but I am missing my Comcast Webmail more each day although it may simply be that I knew what I could do there and have no clue on Verizon's site. Can't seem to find a way to make the print large enough to read easily and I'm getting tired of the "nose prints" on the screen from having to get so close.

I too am a new user to Verizon Webmail. I find it too cluttered and full of distractive advertising on the right side. Can I delete this

annoying message box and have the mail extend into that area? Also, my wife has webmail as a secondary account

and her format is much different than mine. I would like to have her format because I like

it much better. How can I convert to using it? Finally, I don't like this message reply

box because it cannot be expanded full screen. What's up with that?

Surely we 4 are not the only ones unhappy with the Verizon webmail. Is there any solution to the problems we are all experiencing or are others perfectly happy with cut off messages in miniscule print?
