can not accept bundle tos
Hi. I just upgraded my bundle to the extreme hd, 20/5 internet with phone. I got the tos agremment in an e-mail and everytime I login in to accept it, it tells me to call customer service and give me an error code. I called today and tech support had no idea what the code meant. Any one ever have an experience like this? I mean I just want to accept the terms to get my discount price. If I ask can they snail mail this or fax it to me?
