MSN will not install !!!!!!

I have Verizon fios with Msn premium, or at least I'm supposed too, I can not get the msn software to install. Awhile back I had some

problem with my msn so I uninstalled it, figuring I would go to the website and just re download it. No such luck, I went to the website I was

told to go to, but when it got to the install msn software it stops and an error screen pops up saying , sorry it's seems you have been

disconnected from the internet, try again. If the problem persists contact customer service. I called fios tech support and they tried to solve

the problem, (4 hrs). They had no clue, and did everything I tried to do to solve it. They even got in touch with msn and they said it was

because of the virus software. I turned it off and still nothing. The msn software is acting like I was on dial up. I definitely went to the right

website. The tech did the same thing. NOTHING. Please does anyone have any other ideas? I have been at this for months. The funny

thing is that the tech guy put in a trouble ticket with msn and said he would call back within the next couple of days, but he never did. That was a couple of months ago. Guess they couldn't figure it out either. Thanks

Did you ever resolve this problem? Mine was originally working, then it disappeared altogether and now I can't send or get e-mails on msn premium without signing onto msn hotmail through internet explorer. Thanks.

You will need your Verizon online account email and password. I have noticed that FIOS does not show MSN as an option. I have had it since I upgraded from DSL. The link can be found from the broadband internet support page. Here is the link I have found. MSN is currently running with Vista 64 bit on FIOS.

Amazingly, I decided to try one more time, just for the heck of it . When the download started It got to the part of the

where Verizon gives you the option to do a typical installation or a custom install. So I checked custom . It showed

items already installed like acrobat reader, which I already have, also set up Verizon mail with outlook express and

Verizon help and support and one other thing I can't remember, anyway, I omitted the outlook express and help and

support options because I don't care about either of them. Then I hit next to continue. It went through the next steps

up to the install msn software, this is usually where it stops and won't let me go any **bleep**her, Lo and behold it kept going

and installed the msn. Smiley Surprised I don't know if it is because I omitted the two options, but it worked. I got msn

back. All the other times I tried I did the typical install, and it wouldn't go any **bleep**her. So, I am very happy now and maybe

if anybody has this problem it will help them. Thanks all.

When I go on that website to try to reinstall my msn premium software (I can't open email attachments anymore), it takes me to a blank verizon page and never downloads the software. Can you still get msn premium?
