I currently am a Comcast customer, but anxiously await the arrival of Fios in Kenmore, WA. What's the best way to find out when my neighborhood is scheduled for install? I know we're on the list at some point, but all the installation seems to be taking place a few miles from us.

call 1-888-553-1555 thats fios support, they should have the best info.

That number gives only a recorded response saying that the best way to know when FIOS is available for an area is to register with Verizon and they will let me know when it
is available
. Verizon must know when specific areas are
scheduled for availabillity

Did you talk to a person? If not try to talk to someone in the option to setup new service. Or even techman on the forums here may know or see if there is info on your area.
