What would be a good number to call to elevate my issue. When I check online and call the Fios number to get Fios installed, it says I can not get fios.
I think it is a mistake as it is in our neighborhood. My next door neighbor has it, my neighbor behind me has it. It is burried in my lawn on two sides of my house. Somehow it got classified as not available. Can you help?
