Moving emails from my old comcast email account over to my new verizon.net email?

I'd apprecaite some direction on moving my folders and emails witin them from my comcast account to my new verizon/net email. I hope there is an easy way to do that. I did try the "true.." proces but it only moved my inbox emails not the sent emails nor the file folders. Thanks, Ash
