I Pod Finds router It asks for info to configure but Verizon doesn't make it very easy to find

Can Anyone Help

I have in the past configured Linksys routers NoProblem.

I have called Apple any they can't help and because of my hours Verizon is'nt available when I'm available.

Ipod see's and shows very good signal but no actual conection

The information you seek is on a silvery-white sticker located on the Actiontec router (usually on the bottom). the name of your new wireless network being broadcast by the router is listed on the sticker as the "ESSID:" and the security password needed to access your network is listed on the sticker as the "WEP Key:"

The Key on the sticker, on the router, will have letters in the Key listed as capital letters, HOWEVER, Apple products always use lower case letters, not caps. And remember that, in the WEP Key, only zeros ( 0 ) are used, not capital 'O".
