HELP! I can't remember my password

I have been trying to log into my router web page but I can't remember my password. I don't think that I changed my username but I may have (If I did it's the same one that I use for everything!) I have been trying to get on to add something to the network but I can't do it! Is there anyway that I can get into it. Should I restart the router?? Will that reset my password??? Please help!!

First try password, password1 or leave blank. If that does not work, hold down the reset button that will reset your router to default, remember that will wipe all settings and password to default.
