NAT Set to Moderate, need Open....Please help

I have an Actiontec MI424WR router and FIOS Internet Service. We are trying to connect an XBOX360 up and it comes up with the error of NAT set to Moderate needs to be open. I have tried turning everything off like XBOX support suggested but that didn't work. They gave me a list of what ports need to be open but I have no idea where to change them.....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same exact problem even after we added port forwarding for the xbox on the router. We can get connected sometimes but we get this error message and even when we are connected the connection is too slow to use with any games like Halo3. We were able to play Halo 3 when we were on comcast, so there must be a setting or something that we are missing... Please Help!! I would hate to have to switch back to cable!!! Thanks.
