Verizon installer

I had verizon FIOS installed yesterday. I keep getting the verizon installer showing up on my screen everytime i open my web browser. I go in to try to trash every file that has something to do with verizon and it still persists. Anyone have any ideas on how to eliminate this. I also did a clean install of my system software and that didnt solve the issue either. Im running Mac OSX.....any feedback would be greatly appreciated..........Thank you......

since it was yesterday you could do a system restore back before fios was installed thus it would be *poof* gone or you could uninstall verizon service point which is what that is
