My brain is frazzled. I need a little assistance. Murphy's law is prevailing in my household, flooding, power surges, computer crashes, etc. At any rate purchased a new CPU. Everything seems to be OK but how do I get my Verizon with MSN page and dashboard back.

I presume your trying to get your account information back on your computer?

GO to: https://activatemyfios.verizon.net

Click "Configure additional PC or reinstall software"

You will need your Fios user name and password. Then just follow the prompts.
