Choppy Audio VOIP, Vonage & Skype Spotty speed at best, line test shows lost hops

As of late I am getting audio so choppy that I can't use the phone.

Internet speed spotty at best. I have changed routers, used multiple computers etc. with no change. I have 15/5 FIOS

Did line test and found some high loss problems from one hop to another.

I spent 2 hours trying to get to FIOS repair today (Saturday) no one picked up??????

How is your computer tied into the network?

How long have you been using Vontage with Fios?
