Router information

I am trying to get my router info,, but everytime I type the default password into the password box all these extra letters show up. What am I doing wrong.

That's a common security feature. Its so people behind you can't count how many keys you push.

How do I get into the page. It won't accept the default password and I have never changed it.

nothing is working!

you can always reset the router it will wipe all your settings. There should be a re set button.
