i want to file a complaint about my FIOS installation but no one seems to want to hear it

{edited for privacy} the President of Operations at Verizon called a few days after the install and left an automated message to email her back at {edited for privacy} and i did...and it was returned to me so I was never able to tell her how much I regret ordering FIOS. I would like someone to call me and hear my complaints.

I think I can help you. I used to sell FIOS door-to-door until I was temporarily disabled by a pit-bull attack. I have contact information for those in charge and I recently got a disgruntled customer credit. I am currently in a dispute with Verizon because they want to take my website http://givemefios.com/ Call me if you want and I will try to help resolve your problem. My contact info is at my website but don't use the number for the cell phone because it is not in service now.

@Odds are it's @verizon.net, not .com.

that was the first thing i thought..but that was not the case. when i sent the first email to .com as her voice mail instructed it sent and then was returned. when i sent the second one to .net i put up an error message and said not a valid email address...it never even sent.

.com appears to be official employee email addresses, and .net are user email addresses.

if you use the contact us link at the bottom of the page, they can file a call back form and a foreman who oversee's the install's in your area will call you back usually.

Why would they want to take your website? Is it something to do with the Trademark, "FiOS" or is it just because they want to purchase the domain?

i ordered extreme hd and fios 75/35 internet. Ordered it monday and had to call everyday to get them to tell me it was going to be there in the morning. here it is thursday and i wanted to talk to a supervisor. after hearing one minute for over 2 friggin hours they finally told me that i had to wait for the new dvr that i ordered before my TV order would process. This is the first time i've heard someone say that so now i still have to wait. After all that they said o, we'll give you $35 off your bill for your trouble. my time was worth so much more. i wish someone would look at my account and fire everyone that touched it as they are incompetent at a minimum. I know i would have been from my job if i did that. Plus it took me almost as long to find someplace to complain as it did when i was on the phone. Nobody cares about customer service anymore. seriously thinking about changing to another service provider and i'll save money.
