screensaver won't activate after set time

I know this has nothing to do with FIOS,but can anyone give me an idea what is wrong with my screensaver not activating,Thanks DRZEE

Screensaver of what device?

Some examples..

#1 A cell phone?

#2 A BlackBerry Device?

#3 A PDA or Smartphone Device?

Note: and which one (brand and model number, requested)?

#4 A computer?

What OS and Version? For example: Windows XP Home with SP3?
