STB will not tune to some channels

Sorry if this has been asked before.

When I try to change to some channels it goes to the next highest. The channels also do not appear in the guide. This is on one of my SD STB's. My HD STB's work properly.

Am in northern Virginia VHO4.

If the channel doesn't appear in the guide, then does the channel you are trying to tune actually exist?

Generally, if it isn't in the guide then the STB doesn't believe it is a real channel and will tune the next channel higher.
