Google text no longer works since my switch from at&t to Verizon

I used google text daily when we were with at&t but since we switched to verizon it hasn't worked for my mom, dad or me.

 

I know verizon google text because all my verizon friends are still able to use it.

I send out the text to google sms (466453) and I receive no error message from the system or a answer from google.

I've spoken with verizon customer service several times and they keep telling me to contact google. I've posted on google boards and e-mailed google but I've received no responses.

 

Does anyone know what I should do?

When I text to Google I use 46645 - and it works. 

 

**Update:  Alas, so does 466453 - and I get responses back almost immediately.  If you are not getting responses, then try calling *228 and option 1 on your phone.  This reset the phone (all your contacts, customizations, etc will NOT be reset) and reboot it; then see if it works.

 

Are you able to send and receive tegular texts?  How long ago did you port your numbers from AT&T?  Check your account settings and make sure you are able to receive texts from the web... (My Verizon, I want To....Plan ... Block Calls and Messages ... on the Internet Spam blocking tab is a checkbox at the bottom, Block all text messages sent from the web.  Make sure this is NOT checked.
