Trying to send a text using the Verizon Wireless website

From this webpage https://support.vzw.com/alltel/messaging/index.html, I try to Send Text Message and I get this in the next screen using Firefox browser. can someone help me?

I was successfully able to send using the website about 7 days ago and now it does not work???

Try not using the Alltel version of the Verizon texting program and see what happens.

Move your mouse over Messaging above. A menu will open and choose, Send a text Message.

Try clearing the cookies on your browser to ensure that you are not getting old page information.

Click the Toolsmenu. If you don't see the menu, press Altbutton on your keyboard to show the menus.
Select Delete Browsing History.
Click the Delete filesbutton.
Click the Yesbutton in the confirmation window.
Click the Closebutton.
