We have been getting the run around regarding a hanging wire on a Verizon pole. The wires are not active and we would like the pole removed. We have had Verizon out and they said it wasn't theirs. We called all the other utilities who confirmed it was Verizon.
We keep getting the runaround. How do I get a letter confirming it is not Verizon's? If it is theirs how do we have the wires run to the new pole or disconnected because they are not being used? We have been working for months on trying to get a real verification.
