I am following the links and I can add the echo to my amazon cart but it isn’t making the echo free. I can’t only place the order, there is no promo code... I’ve talked to Verizon through chat, twice by phone, and I even spoke with amazon customer service, no one is able to help me... any suggestions or anyone have the same issue?
