If my bill from 6/28 shows a balance due of $319.95, which includes service from 6/28 through 7/27, and I cancel service before 7/27, and I make a payment of $319.95 on 8/1, and I make another payment on 9/21 of $149.95, HOW DO I STILL HAVE A BALANCE DUE OF $8.46?

If I cancel service before 7/27, why do I get billed $84.99 for 7/28 through 8/27, and then only get a refund of $76.49 for that month?
