Broken unsafe phonebox Verizon never fix for 14 years

This is in South Riding VA. It was installed broken and not secured 14 years ago and Verizon only came out and stood it once when I reported a few years ago and they didn't bother to secure on the ground. So, even with small wind, it fell over again. Only thing I can do is just stand up.

And why in New York State they charge a NYS Municipal Construction Surcharge to move and replace telephone poles and charge a bogus fee of $2.49 on each customer using fiber when the NYS Public Service Commission denied Verizon’s request to charge that bogus surcharge on copper customers.

then there is no way to get the poles moved, repaired or replaced after collecting millions of dollars a month from NY customers.

I could set poles from coast to coast with all those millions. And you can’t get a phone box repaired or replaced.
