HELP!
if you're using an app for ringtones then uninstall and reinstall it.
Wow, I thought it was just me, my notification ringtone (one of the ones that came in the phone) will not change either. No matter what i do, shut it down...blah blah blah, it stays the same. That's just ONE of the issues my phone has had since the upgrade. I am not happy, can we UNINSTALL the upgrade???
I am having this issue too and it is driving me insane! I've tried resetting it, taking the battery out, etc. It still plays the previous ringtone and I do not have any apps for ringtones!
