Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get Verizon to bury a cable. We have a hub box on the corner of our property. Our neighbor added another FIOS line and the cable has been sitting on top of the ground for about 5 months. Granted, it was over winter, but I am not having any luck with their service departments. I keep getting transferred over to different individuals with no help. Photo below ....
