My internet has been out for four days. I scheduled a tech service to come in at 3-5 pm today in hope of fixing it before the storm. I waited and waited, chatted with the service representative in the Verizon app multiple times and was always told they got delayed by last service and will come. It is 9 pm now and I am not giving any hope they'll come.
What are you doing Verizon?
