Hi,
After two weeks of crazy storms in new england, I had a large, heavy branch fall from my tree and it is literally being held up by the fios wire. We're worried about moving the limb and breaking or ruining the fios wire. I called Verizon and they said they don't help with that....so we're just supposed to leave it?? Seems crazy. Any input, should I call again and try to speak with someone else?
