I wanted to thank all of the Verizon employees who over a period of almost 10 HOURS on August 14, 2013 brought my computer back to life. I had no idea when I called that I had several problems needing attention. My first contact with the Verizon employees was made when I called 1-800-837-4966 which put me in touch with: Patty, Cathy, Dennis, Vanessa, Jason, and Jacob. My phone was causing me to drop calls and I needed to recall many times and that is why it took so many people to get me to the Premium Tech Support Experts, (boy are they ever experts) All of the mentioned employees could not have been more helpful and informative as well as understanding, Once I reached the Tech Support area I spoke with or text with the following Techs: Darrell {edited for privacy}, Donahue{edited for privacy}, Gerard {edited for privacy}, {edited for privacy}, and one other gentleman who's name I did not write down as I should have, he explained a few things to me and at around 8:00 PM the evening of 08/14/13 assured me I was all set, very helpful gentleman. My computer is acting like brand new and the thought that I would have purchase a new computer has been put to rest. Once again Verizon, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
