I have lost my phone number while transferring from other provider and spend quite a lot of time with support on different agents, different time, no one can resolve my issue. I thought it is a professional company and treating their customers well. NO, not at all.
No ethics, no courtesy, nothing. I am and dead water and lost my phone number which is almost 20 years old and a lot of my friend knows only this number.
