Got a new router with an upgrade and told to return the old router at no charge. The return label is BLANK! How do I return this since I can't get a human being on the phone?

I would go to the nearest Fios/Wireless corporate location. Google Verizon Fios corporate store near you. Get a receipt showing the serial numbers and also the brand of router and gave your account updated with the return.
