We have a low hanging wire that is crossing our driveway, the wire seems to come down a few inches each day and is getting low enough for us to not be able to drive our of the drive way.
Please advise how we can get this resolved.

First off don’t come into contact with it. It may not be a cable or Fios wire. It could be a live wire. I would contact first the police to find out just who’s wire it is. Just in case.
if the poke says Verizon or NY Telephone or Bell System then call Verizon at the number previously given.
