Yup, I also fell for the $250 Verizon wireless gift card scam when I purchased FiOS triple play last November. It's been 6 months of empty promises. I was supposed to receive it within 90 days. After several calls and live chats where the rep either had no clue about the promotion or simply promised it in 3-5 business days, I filed a BBB complaint. Verizon immediately responded and claimed to have sent me the card. That was 2 months ago and it is clear they lie to the BBB as well as their customers. I have now filed a complaint with my state attorneys office.
