Verizon FiOS had to fix the line running into my house by ripping open the sidewalk. I was told it would have to temporarily be filled with black aspalt and later repaired with cement when the weather was better. I have been trying to get a hold of Verizon to understand when this fix will take place.
I have been bounce around phone reps and disconnected multiple time without any sort of resolution.
