I have been experiencing very slow speeds on FIOS - 3mb and 6mb with 10s latency..
Got a new router, after complaint - well same old thing now 2mb and 4mb and sporadic service!
Well, this might mean a move to Comcast!
Please have Verizon come out and check both your Fiber signal level and the OLT. If you have any neighbors seeing issues, it's a problem further along the line towards the CO.
You have rebooted your ONT, right?
What internet package are you signed up for? Are these speeds that you posted hard-wired or wireless?
