I have an offer in my account for a $100 Verizon gift card but when I try to register it, I get the message:
Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later.
I have used the chat twice to try to resolve this. The first time, the agent I chatted with said it was because I had a pending auto pay and that once it went through that the gift card would work. So once the auto pay went through I tried again and still got the error message so I did the chat again. This time, the agent told me that within 48 hours I would get an email that would allow me to register the gift card. It has been 48 hours and I did not receive an email. Can someone please reach out to me who knows how to resolve this? I don't want to do the chat again and be given more false information.
