I am unable to use VOD because of the above error. VERY annoying. Looking for any help.
This means theres no communications between your box and the On Demand server. Please reboot the router by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds and then doing an auto fix on the box by pressing menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
