I have the Ultimate HD package and can watch both Epix HD channels. However, when I try to access Epix On Demand, I get an error message saying that I am not currently subscribed to Epix. How can this be rectified?
I suggest you use the CONTACT US link at the bottom of the page. While Verizon employess monitor these forums they are primarily a peer to peer (user to user) forum. You need to get this fixed with either tech support ot billing (or both).
