So when I signed up for the Verizon FIOS, I was told I would get this referral rewards after 90 days of good standing account. Its been like 6 months, no rewards from them. I contacted Verizon FIOS, they opened up a ticket and gave Acceleration number. Every time I call and ask whats happening, its same answer, we do not know yet. That ticket is opened for 2 months now.
Now I am thinking its a SCAM from Verizon FIOS.
Also, i never received free Netflix offer in the email. When I contact Customer Support they will transfer the call from here to there, again another department, they say ohh yeh you are eligible, let me look into it. Ok you need to contact this department. its been going for last 2 months.
I am hoping to get some answers from Forum.
Looks like I was fooled by Verizon.
