Can not redeem $50 gift card

Hi I am getting an error while registering my gift card. “Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later.” I have tried more than a week using different browsers and spend hours on call with customer support and no use. It would be great if someone assist before it get expires
