I've tried numerous times to redeem a $50 card I get for new service. Multiple browsers, app, computer. Same problem. I click on link anf the page reloads to same page .Customer service didn't help resolve problem. I click on a link they sent and all of a sudden my chat with them is gone. It shouldn't be this hard.
