I have not received my welcome bonus. It’s a gift card and I registered for it on 2/13. There is no check status if your reward link like the email says. We’ve been on the phone with customer service for almost an hour and have been transferred back and forth too many times. They’re telling me it’s $200 when it’s supposed to be $300 and they said they sent an email which did not contain the reward. Horrible customer service and crappy way to treat new customers.
