Verizon Online Share Drive

I'm having issues with my online share drive. When I try to open it, nothing happens. I tried to reinstall it, but I get a message stating that it is already installed. There is no option to uninstall through the control panel. When I select the options to repair or uninstall using the download from Verizon, I get a message that it isn't installed. So, I can't use, I can't uninstall and I can't install. Any ideas?

First tell us what an "online share drive" is. Are you referring to "cloud" storage, a shared network drive, etc.? Be quite specific, and someone here will try to help.

I'm sorry I wasn't clearer. It is the Verizon Online Share drive application that I purchased and have been using for many years. It is part of the Verizon online backup package. It is working on other PC's I have, just not this one. I am running Windows XP professional.

There was a link to Microsoft fixit in that first one and it worked perfectly.
