I have a CHS 435HDC. I am doing some remodeling and have temporarily moved/disconnected my DVR and TV.
Can I watch content I previously recorded?
I cannot get past the "Initial download in progress, it takes about a minute" screen.

The Cisco unit (and all STB/DVRs) must be connected to a functioning network if you want to view content, recorded or otherwise.
