Media Manager on IPAD "Finish Downloading"

Need some assistance with Media Manager on IPAD I start to dowenload a movie it gets thru the download from a % side then the screen flips and goes to a button that say "Finish Download" and it will never get past that. I have tried multiple movies and get the same results.

It is a IPAD running version 6.0 (10A403)

Did you ever figure out how to finish downloading a movie that you had bought from Verizon Fios? I am trying for the first time, and get to 99% and it seems to have frozen?!?
